Angus Scrimm writing liner notes for ISTD Score!

Deep Focus Records, the company behind the recent vinyl Tales From Beyond the Pale release, have announced they are soon to release a vinyl soundtrack album for Glenn McQuaid's 2008 horror-comedy I Sell the Dead. If you have not caught this one yet, it is fantastic and boasts a marvelous cast that includes Dominic Monaghan, Larry Fessenden, Ron Perlman and the always great Angus Scrimm in a dastardly role. 

Jeff Grace's score was a shining part of the film and a major enhancement to the also stellar writing and performances. Even better, Deep Focus reveals that Scrimm will be dusting off his liner note quill for the album! Phantasm phans will recall that long before he became the Tall Man the towering performer wrote liner notes for Capitol Records. These notes earned him a handful of Grammy nomations and an eventual win in 1974.
